Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products and hygiene purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Request for exchange or refund due to unsuitable size, color, function will not be entertained. This is to protect the interest of all our customers, as well as ours.

Payment made by ATM transfers

We regret to inform you that a refund is not possible if the transfer receipt is not produced, even if the transfer is approved.

**We regret to inform you that NaughtySG will reserve the right, at its own discretion, to deny any exchange if the fault is not due to manufacturing defects or is deemed due to misuse, wear and tear. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed if management deems the goods as being damaged by misuse, wear and tear. If the returned product is verified to be working as per normal, the shipping charges (return fees & re-delivery fees) will be borne by you. NaughtySG only covers for refund/ replacement if the product is faulty due to manufacturing defects.

"Product" or "Products" refer to the pleasure product itself. If the product is deemed to be working and the accessory (USB cable, charger) is faulty, we will proceed to replace the accessory only.
